As I’ve changed my eating habits over the last few years, I decided it was time to learn to cook. Woohoo!
Continuing my unconventional conventions, most of my favorite recipes are outside the norm. In general, I avoid dairy, grains, and beans. Some refer to it as eating “paleo.” (Here’s the story of how my eating evolved.)
Below are some of my favorites. And remember, I’m just getting started. Please feel free to let me know if you have any recommendations.
Protein Pizza with almond meal crust
Since cutting out grains and dairy, I’ll admit the food I missed most was pizza. And then I stumbled across a Paleo Pizza recipe on Everyday Paleo. Once you make the dough, you can top it with anything you’d like.
