Without my contacts, I'm blind. I can't see the big E on the eye chart. Most times, I don't even know which wall it is on. And my optometrist is bald and has a peach colored office. Without his white coat, I can't tell where he is sitting. Throughout my life, it's been a weakness I've had to make accommodations for. Fast forward to about two years ago.
Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be?
