So why should we focus on wisdom?
My NIV Study Bible says it well: While money can buy some of life’s pleasures, it cannot purchase character, a good reputation, or a meaningful relationship with God. Wealth is volatile and fleeting, but wisdom is eternal and not only brings meaning and joy to our lives, but gains us the priceless favor of the Lord.
To “saving” together,
Don’t make the mistake of thinking that what you’re about to read is simply a collection of general principles and poetic platitudes. Solomon was far too wise to waste his time and yours with such meaningless generalities. His writings provide precise steps that can be taken in your personal and professional life to produce astoung results.
“Wisdom is having things right in your life and knowing why.”
