Do you remember playing Simon Says as a kid?

“Simon says jump.”

“Simon says touch your toes.”

“Simon says FREEZE.”

After this past week, I certainly do. I came home from a great Mastermind Group meeting about noon on Saturday (April 24) and thought I was settling in for a productive but relaxing weekend. Then I clicked open MSNBC on my phone to read the headlines as I heated up some lunch. I don’t remember exactly what it said, but the words “Yazoo City” and “tornado” were very prominent.

I called out to my husband in the office and asked if he knew anything about it. He mentioned that he had talked to his mother earlier that morning, but she hadn’t mentioned anything like that.

And then the FREEZE.
